Level 1 – Stand Up Paddle Beginners Lessons

By choosing the Level-1 program you will get a complete initial training. Stan Up Paddle is considered by many to be an easy sport to learn on its own, but soon everyone realizes that its technique requires SUP Courses. The program includes:

• Equipment theory and analysis.
• Warm up with a suitable exercise program on the beach.
• Proper use of paddle and analysis of rowing hits.
• Proper posture, course and return.
• Reverse paddle turning technique
• Crosbow and Pivot rotation technique.

  At the end of the program, you will be able to paddle at a pace of mild to moderate wind and wave intensity, travel relatively long distances and perform controlled turns with different techniques.

  The Level-1 program consists of 3 modules, lasting 60 minutes each.

Level 2 – Stand Up Paddle Advanced Lessons

The Level-2 program is aimed at anyone who has completed Level-1 and wants to continue learning the full SUP sport. Includes the following:

• Preparation – Warm up with a suitable exercise program on the beach – entrance to the sea.
• Improving body posture on the board.
• Improvement of rowing hits with emphasis on rowing rhythm.
• Techniques to improve balance in ripple.
• Technique of transferring power from the arms to the body and legs.
• Introduction to Touring and Race equipment.
• All directions, Upwinds, Downwinds, Sidewinders.
• Turns, crossbow and fast pivot turns

 Upon completion of the courses, you will have a complete picture of the advanced SUP technique and you will be able to do SUP yourself in all conditions. You will have all the data to work on with your own equipment.
